Last week Deputy Krupp came into my class and taught us about I.D. theft and online safety. He told us not to give away any personal info unless you know the person. If you do give out personal info like credit card, social security and other things than it can be used to buy things under your name. If it happens cancel all your bank accounts. If your going to buy something online make sure you know the store or site and make sure it is https:// not http://. Never tell someone your location or where you live and wen and where you are going to hang out on a certain day. Lastly i learned that I.D. theft is the fastest growing crime in America, and every six minutes someones I.D. is stolen.

New Car
One other tech surprise, one that might help your morning commute, is called Cadillac Super Cruise. The technology in the car uses semi-autonomous intelligence to monitor the side of the road and the car in front of you. You can take your hands off the wheel in traffic jams and lonely stretches of the road. Next year may be a little early to spot this one: GM has announced it is working on the technology and has shown how it works but hasn't yet set an exact date for launch. Shown to the left: the 2013 Cadillac ATS.
